User Service Agreement
1. Acceptance of the Agreement
Welcome to Nanjing Maoaiya Technology Co., Ltd, The services provided by Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). This User Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and our company regarding the use of our services. Before using any services provided by our company, please read this agreement carefully. Your use of our company's services will be deemed as acceptance and compliance with this agreement.
2. Service Content

4.2 User Obligations
You shall comply with relevant international laws and regulations and the provisions of this agreement, and shall not use our company's services to engage in any illegal or irregular activities.
You should keep your account and password safe and not disclose them to third parties, nor use someone else's account.
You shall ensure that the information published on our company's platform is true, accurate, and legal, and shall not publish false information, infringing information, or information that violates public order and good customs.
You should respect the intellectual property rights of others and not upload, publish or disseminate content that infringes on their intellectual property rights.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 Intellectual Property Rights of Our Company
The logos, layout design, typesetting methods, text, images, graphics, etc. included in the services provided by our company are protected by copyright, trademark rights, and other laws and regulations. Without the written permission of our company, users are not allowed to use or create related derivative works in any form.
5.2 User Content
Any content posted by users on our company platform, including but not limited to text, images, audio, videos, etc., users shall ensure that they have legal intellectual property rights or have obtained legal authorization for such content, and that the publication and use of such content do not infringe on the legal rights and interests of any third party. If any legal disputes or controversies arise due to the content posted by the user, the user shall bear full responsibility on their own.
6. Privacy Protection
Our company will strictly comply with the provisions of the Privacy Agreement to protect users' personal information. The user agrees that the company collects, uses, stores, and discloses the user's personal information in accordance with the provisions of the Privacy Agreement.
7. Disclaimer
7.1 Service Risk
Our company does not guarantee that the service will definitely meet the requirements of users, nor does it guarantee that the service will not be interrupted. We also do not guarantee the timeliness, security, and accuracy of the service. We do not assume any responsibility for network service interruptions or other defects caused by force majeure or reasons beyond our control, but we will do our best to minimize the losses and impacts caused to users as a result.
7.2 User Behavior
The user explicitly agrees that the risks associated with using our company's services will be entirely borne by themselves. The user understands and accepts that any information or materials downloaded or obtained through our company's services depend on the user themselves, and they bear the risk of system damage, data loss, and any other risks.
8. Liability for breach of contract
8.1 User Default
If the user violates any terms of this agreement, the company has the right to take measures including but not limited to warnings, restrictions or prohibitions on the use of some or all services, account cancellation, etc., and has the right to demand compensation from the user for all losses caused to the company as a result.
8.2 Breach of Contract by Our Company
If our company violates any terms of this agreement and causes losses to users, we will bear corresponding responsibilities in accordance with the law.
9. Amendment and Termination of the Agreement
9.1 Protocol Changes
The company has the right to modify this agreement from time to time as needed and deliver such notices to users through one or more of website announcements, email, SMS, or regular internal messages. If the user continues to use our company's services, it means that the user agrees to accept the modified agreement.
9.2 Termination of Agreement
The user may terminate this agreement at any time by notifying the company. If the user engages in illegal behavior or violates this agreement and/or rules during the use of the service, the company may still hold the user responsible in accordance with this agreement. Our company may terminate this agreement at any time based on the actual situation. When terminating this agreement, our company will notify the user in accordance with legal provisions.
10. Application of Law and Dispute Resolution
The conclusion, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If there is any dispute between the parties regarding the content or execution of this agreement, both parties shall try their best to resolve it through friendly negotiation; If the negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court where the company is located.
11. Other
11.1 Notice
All notifications from our company to users can be sent through website announcements, emails, text messages, or regular mail delivery methods. Such notifications will be deemed delivered to the recipient on the date of sending.
11.2 Complete Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties regarding the provisions of this agreement and other related matters, and supersedes any prior written or oral agreements between the parties.
